Trickle-Down Draft June 29
 
Due to the recent opening in the officer staff, a trickle-down will be held Friday June 29 at 1300 hours.
 
LTs will be contacted beforehand for their tricke-down and the draft website will be live on Friday.
 
17 Green shift will be displaced.
 
17 Green EMT will be an open slot.
 
17 Green Paramedic will have the option to bump Paramedic slots below in seniority, which will create the trickle-down.
 
Firefighter, both EMT and PM, trickle-down will affect some personnel 40 and below on the seniority list.
 
The same draft rules apply.

Review of last month’s JLMC – PAT changes on hold until next JLMC, Capt Herrell is
collecting data on uniform errors and problems, brief overview of dept 5 year plan, and
3rd shift preparations.

 

Mission statement – B Todd presented a proposed mission statement for the Association.
Motion for approval, passed unanimously.

 

Accounting guidelines – B Todd presented proposed check writing and disbursement
guidelines. Motion for approval, passed unanimously.

 

Logo – B Douglas presented several possible logos for the Association.

 

Web page – Is to be put on the same server as Division of Training, S Roberts is getting
with J Miller. The logos will be placed on the web page for possible voting.

 

R Holbert presented the third shift structure, and system of shift bidding.
